😆 before going on parental leave, my job required me to sit in a car for at least 3 hours almost every day, much time to listen to podcasts, usually at a comfortable 1.2x speed. now that i've been spending most time at home (which i'm grateful for!), i rarely listened to podcasts anymore. but i recently discovered the upside of being able to increase the playback speed: with 2x and skipping uninteresting chapters, i can finish a 4 hour podcast in *less* than two hours! that's peak productivity!
